David has worked in long term care for over 30 years. He has worked as CNA, Floor Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, Medical Records Clerk, MDS Coordinator, Billing Office Manager and Administrator. David enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grand children, as well as traveling with family on vacations, and his work with Alzheimer's Association. In 2012, David was one of three finalist in the Arkansas Healthcare Foundation's Administrator of Year from in the state of Arkansas. David says, "I have learned so much from the residents I have helped care for over the past 30 years, and I cherish those memories". Diane Green has 40 years of nursing experience. Graduating from LPN school in 1970, and ASU associate Degree RN Program in 1993. She has held vaious nursing positions including clinics, hospitals, physicians offices, Head Start, industrial nurse, rehabilitation and Arkansas Department Health Clinic and in home services. Long term care is her preference with a goal of providing quality care to the residents and assisting their families with their loved ones plan of care. She is married with three children and five grandchildren. She enjoys going to Lake Norfork, reading and spending time with her family and travels abroad and learning the history and cultures of the places she travels.

She recently relocated to Jonesboro from Helena. She has been a Registered Nurse for four years. Michelle began her nursing career as an ICU nurse. From there she went into the long term care field where she has been ever since. "I love the challenging dynamics that long term care brings"It give me joy to take part in enriching the lives of the elderly". Michelle and her husband spend most of their spare time traveling across the country with their two children, who play AAU Basketball.
|Tonya has been in long term care for approximately 12 years. She has a vast array of long term care experience. She has worked on the Observation Unit for several years and all throughout the facility. She is now the Admission Nurse and assists residents, families, and caregivers in addressing their placement needs. She enjoys being involved in all areas of taking care of the elderly. She participates in fund raising activities held at Lexington Place which include: Relay for Life, Annual Two Mile Run and Alzheimer's Awareness Events. She is a graduate of UACCB in Batesville, AR in 2000.|
|Social Service Director
|Misty is our Admission Coordinator; she has been a Registered Nurse for 16 years. She has two children and her first grandchild. Misty is an experienced Cardiac Nurse and has worked in LTC for the last 6 years. Misty says she always tries to make the residents and their families feel welcomed and comfortable during their admission and stay at the facility. In her spare time she enjoys spending time at the lake with her family. She has been very involved with our Alzheimer's Association involvement.
|Janet enjoys her life and family and now her 2 new grandsons. She has been the Activity Director here at the facility since 2007. She recently became a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to better provide/meet the needs of the residents. Making a difference in their lives on a daily basis means everything to Janet. She always encourages a smile and wants the residents to feel connected and special. She believes "the best in life doesn't stop here in long term care it actually begins a new chapter." Lexington Place offers a wide variety of activities daily and periodically does off site excursions too like the Casino, local restaurants, fishing and shopping too.|

|Lexington has state of the art equipment such as the Alter G and we have our own in house therapy department. Ashley graduated with an Associates of applied Science Degree from Arkansas State University in their physical therapy assistant program. She has over eight years of experience and chose long term care because she enjoys working with the geriatric population. She encourages her residents to reach their highest level of functioning by educating and encouraging them with her guidance and expertise. Ashley invites everyone to come out to see what Lexington Place can offer residents in our comprehensive rehabilitation programs.|
|She has over 15 years of long term nursing home experience in which she was CNA, Assistant DON, and Human Resource Director. She has been married 16 years to her husband Jason and have a seven year old son Landon with another son "on the way. She enjoys empowering her residents and their famlies to be active in their discharge planning and meeting their rehabilitation goals."|
|She has literally "grown up" in long term care due to the fact both parents have been involved in Long-term care for over 30 plus years. There was no hesitation to follow in her parents footsteps. She has worked in long term care for 9 years in a variety of roles which include, CNA, Human Resources Director, Business Office Manager and now her current role. In her spare time, she enjoys her family and church activities.|
|She began her journey working as a CNA while attending the nursing program at Arkansas State University. She worked as a floor nurse and in 2005, became our MDS Coordinator. She is RAC certified and does MDS careplans|
|Cyntha is an Arkansas State Board Licensed Massage Therapist for 19 years. She has worked in various areas of long term care while preparing for state boards. She was a physical therapy tech at Arkansas Convalescent Center and at Southeast Arkansas Physical Therapy in Pine Bluff Arkansas. She opened a massage therapy business, "Therapeutic Kneads" in 2007. She along with her husband of 29 years co-managed a retirement community which brought them to the Jonesboro area. They have two children; both married, and enjoy spending time with them as they anxiously wait to welcome grandchildren. She is an active member of Shepherd's Heart Church. She is also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)and has a passion for geriatrics. Her massage experience is extensive in various modalities and she strives to stay current in educational courses that are beneficial for the aging population. She believes "God blesssed me with the best of both worlds, geriatrics and the ability to serve them with massage." |Holly has been in the healthcare field in long-term care for 30 plus years. She has been an LPN in a variety of positions which includes: Floor nurse, CNA Supervisor, Medicare Coordinator, Social Director and Medical Records Clerk. With Holly's vast array of expertise she states "she will continue to strive towards excellence in care for the elder population."|
